UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 000.00 for the unauthorised land use tavern and R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work, in terms of Section 129 and Section 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of Erf 6465, 04 Che Guevara Road, Philippi BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015



REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:

6.3 The nature and gravity of a liquor outlet without Council approval is considered serious given the activity has no constraints / conditions to control the activities.
