That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 48726 Cape Town at Newlands, for the carriageway crossing, carport, canopy and first floor extension, in accordance with LUM/00/48726, drawn by Chris Banks Architecture.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.6 which is deleted
