RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 be determined in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 54119 Cape Town at Claremont with regard to the building work relating unauthorised freestanding base telecommunication station as per the plans drawn by WPP Town and Regional Planning Consultants, dated 17-03-2018, sheets 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 & 6/6.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 be determined in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 54119 Cape Town at Claremont with regard to the land use relating to the unauthorised freestanding base telecommunication station as per the plans drawn by WPP Town and Regional Planning Consultants, dated 17-03-2018, sheets 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 & 6/6.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
