That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 93504 Cape Town at Muizenberg, for the unauthorised building work in accordance with the plan drawn by Eben Kuun Architectural Design with drawing numbers LEE/LAD/001 & LEE/LAD/002, dated 6 July 2018.
