That the application for deletion of a restrictive title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2151 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

1.3.3 Item 22: To permit the garage and staff room to be setback 0m & 1.126m from the southern boundary with erf 2152.
