That the Council’s approval in terms of Item 180(3) of the Development Management Scheme to permit building work in the Marina Da Gama Ext 1, 2 & 4 Local Area Overlay Zone on Erf 158689 Cape Town at Muizenberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
