RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for Council’s Consent in terms of Section 42(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 to permit a proposed place of instruction on a residential property (Yoga studio), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.2 is deleted and in condition 2.4 “Annexure C” be changed to “Annexure B”
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report
