That the application for an amendment of a condition of an existing approval granted in respect of Erf 21309, Parow, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in order to allow for an increase in permissible height of the proposed residence, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
