UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departures as set out in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 2392, 19 Firdale Road, Oranjezicht BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 7.1.4 as follows:
The proposed development does not pose an additional traffic risk given the current use of that portion of the property.
Amend Annexure A:
1.1 Item 22(d): To permit the building (double carport) to be setback 0.00 in lieu of 1.5m from the street (Firdale Road).
