RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application for various permanent departures in respect to Erf 2572, Parow, involving the relaxation of the common and street boundary building lines from 3.0m and 3.5m to 0m and 1.5m respectively, to permit a carport, garage, veranda and open balcony on the ground and first floor BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report
