RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application for permanent departure to permit a braai room at 0m and 1.89m in lieu of 3m common building line (outbuilding extends higher than 3.5m from base level to top of roof) and Councils Consent in terms of restrictive title deed conditions to permit a braai room at 0m in lieu of 3.15m rear building line as per Condition B.6(b) of the Title Deed on Erf 862, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with plan no DBDA346 dated 22/10/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report
