UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent Use to permit the installation of a 21m high telecommunication base station (tree mast) and associated infrastructure on Erf 9284, Somerset West in accordance with Drawing No LK19_04 dated 12/06/2019, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No. ETSA-0052 dated 4/07/2017, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
