UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The site development plan submitted in respect of Erf 6740, 39 Beach Road, Gordon’s Bay, to allow for the development of a commercial building with a gross lettable area of approximately 740m2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A hereto;
b. The application for a permanent departure in respect of Erf 6740, 39 Beach Road, Gordon’s Bay, to allow for a reduction of the required parking bays for the above-mentioned development, from 55 bays to 30 bays, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A hereto
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
