UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 4344 Pelikan Park, in accordance with Plan Drawing No: 131217-03DVS, prepared by Davis Designs, dated December 2017.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
