RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 107521 Cape Town at Retreat regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plan drawn by S Wilkinson (SMW Consulting) with drawing number 18012/1, dated 26/10/2018.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R100.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 107521 Cape Town at Retreat regarding the unauthorised land use as shown on the plan drawn by S Wilkinson (SMW Consulting) with drawing number 18012/1, dated 26/10/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
