That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erven 55367 & 55368 and portion of Erf 55351 Cape Town at Claremont, with regard to the unauthorised parking as per the plan with drawing number JRA FRED2 dated 21/06/2019.
