That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 98647 Cape Town at Rondebosch in respect of the building work as per the plans drawn by Drawing Board, drawing number DBDA347 (sheets A2-00 and A2-01).
