That an administrative penalty of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 149232 and 168806 Cape Town at Claremont, with regards to the unauthorised stairs as per the plans drawn by Masterplan Building Designers with drawing numbers MP 16014/1 and MP 16014/2, both dated March 2019.
