That an administrative penalty in the amount of R300-00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3222, Pelikan Park with regard to portions of the unauthorised porch, domestic staff quarters and covered yard in accordance with the plan with Drawing No 3222/1 dated 16/05/2019 and drawn by A Fanie.
