UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application to relax the 5m street building line to 0m in order to allow for the proposed garage along Elim Street on erf 9299 Strand BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The application for relaxation of the 3m common building line to 0m in order to allow for the regularisation of the existing entertainment room on erf 9299 Strand BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT partially APPROVED and partially REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
