UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departure for relaxation of the 4m building line in Gordon’s Bay Overlay Heights restriction to 7.09m for the purpose of regulating the partially built structure on erf 2833 Gordon’s Bay BE APPROVED in terms of of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 270mun06D(revision) dated December 2017 in Annexure C
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Land Use Planning:
That the unlawful building work (pillars) on the roof be demolished and that the balustrade be removed from the building plan before submission of the building plan.
