UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for a departure for relaxation of the 3,5m street building line (Faure Street) to 0,81m for the purpose of erecting an entrance foyer on Erf 2077, Gordon’s Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 2018-08-TEA001-03.
b. The application for a departure for relaxation of the 1,5m street building line (Faure Street) to 0,81m for the purpose of erecting an additional garage and extending the existing garage on the ground floor on Erf 2077, Gordon’s Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 2018-08-TEA001-03.
c. The application for a departure for relaxation of the 3,5m street building line (Faure Street) to 1,67m and 3,25m and 0,35m for the purpose of internal staircase, additions to the dwelling (living room) and terrace on the first floor on Erf 2077, Gordon’s Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 2018-08-TEA001-03.
d. The application for a departure for relaxation of the 3,5m street building line (Faure Street) to 0,88m and 2,52m for the purpose of erecting a balcony on the second floor on Erf 2077, Gordon’s Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 2018-08-TEA001-03.
e. The application for departure for relaxation of the 8m wall plate height to 9m on Erf 2077, Gordon’s Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan 2018-08-TEA001-03.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
