a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 for the unauthorised building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Section 13, Erf 10400, 3 Church Street, The Sandz, Strand.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 for the unauthorised building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Section 14, Erf 10400, 3 Church Street, The Sandz, Strand.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
