UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departure for the relaxation of the 4,5m common building line to permit the proposed additions to be setback 2,55m from the south-eastern common boundary for Erf 4055, 40 New Street, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for the amendment of an approved Site Development Plan (SDP) for building work deviating from the approved building footprint for Unit 2, on Erf 4055, 40 New Street, Somerset West, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
