An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, on erf 5018 Mfuleni, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
