That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 100.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 131824 at Bridgetown, in relation to the unauthorised building work shown on the plan drawn by M H Reynolds dated 18/10/2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
