a. That the application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit Erf 3546 Ottery to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures for Erf 3546 Ottery, as contained in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
