That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Remainder Erf 12379 Constantia, in relation to the pump house as shown on plans drawn by John Alves with drawing number WD01 dated May 2018.
