That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 153925 Cape Town at Muizenberg, with regard to the unauthorised place of instruction and building work as shown on the plan drawn by Davis & Hinsch architects with drawing number DHA 18-27-001P revision A, dated August 2018.
