That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6426 Constantia with regard to the extensions to a group house in accordance with the plan drawn by Meuson Designs with drawing number 23081 dated 27-08-2018.
