That an administrative penalty to the amount of R2000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6150 Constantia regard to the unauthorised garage extension, as shown on the plan drawn by E-Vision Architectural Design Studio with drawing number EV/RL1/300csp, dated December 2018.
