RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 46312 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/46312, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 46312 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
e. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 46312 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Application (iv) under Applications granted is amended as follows:
(iv) Item 22: To permit portions of the dwelling house on Portion 4 located beyond 12m from the street and within 3m of Portion 3 and the north-eastern common boundary to be setback 0m in lieu of 3m and to permit a height of 4.17m in lieu of 4m above base level.
