That the application for departures as set out in Annexure A, Erf 5501 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
APLICATIONS GRANTED IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 (b) OF THE BYLAW
Application (iii) is amended as follows:
1. Departures
(iii) Item 22(d): To permit the proposed second dwelling to be setback 1.03m in lieu 3m from the western common boundary.
(iv) Item 22(e): To permit the proposed windows to be setback 1.03m in lieu 1.5m from the western common boundary.
