That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 5769, Parow to permit the operation of a house shop BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C (Dwg No. DRWG 85769*S.J.J.*17*08*30*05* dated 3/07/2017), subject to conditions listed in attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that read as follow:
7.3 The application satisfies the desirability criteria contained in Section 99 (3) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
