a. That the application for consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on erf 3684, Kuilsrivier, in accordance with the site development plan, attached as Annexure B, BE REFUSED in terms of section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the permanent departure in respect of erf 3684, Kuilsrivier, to relax the 5m common boundary building line to 0,0m, in accordance with the site development plan, attached as Annexure B, BE REFUSED in terms of section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
