That the application for consent to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Erf 9325, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Site Layout Plan No ATSA580/A03-A05/05/PRO/REVC (attached as Annexure C), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
