UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion and amendment of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erven 101 and 102, 11 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erven 101 and 102, 11 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
c. The consolidation of the property as set out in Annexure C attached, in respect of Erven 101 and 102, 11 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Insert with deletions approved: after 2 (B) “as referenced in clause 1B (1)”
after 2 (C) “as referenced in clause 1C (a)”
after 2 (C) “as referenced in clause 1C (b)”
