UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for removal of the restrictive condition as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 275 Clifton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
Recommendation 8.1 is amended to reflect approval of the removal of the title deed restrictions only. Recommendation 8.2 is deleted.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in Sections 7.1.1, 7.1.2 and 7.1.6 in the Planner’s Report. Reasons 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.1.5, 7.2, 7.2.1 are deleted from this decision.
With regard to Annexure A, approval is granted as per Section 1.1. The remainder of the Annexure is deleted
