UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 802, 5 Medburn Road Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 802, 5 Medburn Road Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
c. The application for the subdivision of the property in accordance with subdivision plan as contained in Annexure B attached in respect of Erf 802, 5 Medburn Road Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
