b. That an administrative penalty for the land use contravention in the amount of R5 424.24 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4291, 131 Vasco Boulevard, Goodwood.
