RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for consent use to permit a shop on Erf 9899, Parow, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan, attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Condition 2.4 is amended as follows:
2.4 That the operating hours of the shop are restricted from 06:00 until 22:00 from Monday to Sunday
