That the application for permanent departure in respect of erf 154621, Cape Town, in order to relax the 3,0m common boundary building line to 1,2m to permit a new workshop, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site layout plan, no. M1809 - 001 & 002 - rev 2, dated April 2018, drawn by Metaform Architects, subject to compliance with the conditions attached as annexure A.
