UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for a consent use in terms of item 42(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in order to permit the operation of a house shop from a portion of erf 27899, 9 Tsitsikamma Street, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in the attached Annexure A.

b. The application for a permanent departure in terms of item 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 as set out in Annexure A, in order to permit the house shop on erf 27899, 9 Tsitsikamma Street, Tafelsig, Mitchells Plain, to permit (1) on-site parking bay in lieu of (2) two on-site parking bays, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
