An administrative penalty in the amount of R 7 000.00 for the unauthorised land use (business premises) and the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 52, 13 Herbert Penny Road, Penhill, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
