UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the removal of condition C.4.(d) registered in Title Deed T28772/1987 concerning Remainder Erf 48, Bakkershoogte, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend as follows:
7.1 Removal of the restrictive title deed condition will be beneficial as it will enable the property to be developed and utilized more optimally.
7.4 The proposed removal will not completely remove all rights enjoyed as further rights still remain in effect.
