That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 177226 Cape Town with regard to the unauthorised retaining walls and carriageway crossing as per the plans drawn by Rory Cameron Smith Architect, with project number E1117, plan numbers 01 (dated November 2017), 02 (dated November 2017), 03 (dated April 2018) and 04 (dated October 2017).
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
