That an administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129(7)(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised place of instruction in the form of an Early Childhood Development Centre on Remainder Erven 54192 and 54197 at Claremont, as shown on plans drawn by LA Design Architects with drawing number 18-16 (sheets 1 – 4) dated 20/04/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
