RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application to consolidate Remainder Erven 31100, 31101, 31102, 31104 and 31105 Cape Town at Rosebank, as per plan of consolidation LUM/00/31100-0, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for rezoning of portions of Remainder Erven 31100, 31101, 31102, 31104 and 31105 Cape Town at Rosebank, as set out on plan LUM/00/31100-1 from General Business Subzone GB1 to General Business Subzone GB5, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erven 31100, 31101, 31102, 31104 and 31105 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the Council’s approval in terms of Item 60(k)(ii) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erven 31100, 31101, 31102, 31104 and 31105 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
e. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erven 31100, 31101, 31102, 31104 and 31105 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
