RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. The application for deletion of restrictive conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 98408 Cape Town at Rondebosch, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 98408 Cape Town at Rondebosch, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/98408, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
7.1.9 For the reasons set out in the report, it is desirable to delete the title deed condition as referenced Annexure A
