RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for erf 107, Schaapkraal, for rezoning to General Residential 2 to permit a residential development containing 88 units BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for erf 107, Schaapkraal, for departures detailed in Annexure A, No.1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. That the application for erf 107, Schaapkraal for the approval of a Site Development Plan BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.

d. That the application for erf 107, Schaapkraal, for departures detailed in Annexure A, No.2, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.

1.1 Rezoning from Rural to General Residential 2 to permit a maximum of 88 residential units.

CONDITIONS

3.1.4 Consultation with the Urban Design Branch must take place prior to the submission of the Site Development Plan and Landscaping Plan.
